What a fantastic hike! Panoramic views and stunning scenery. The trip to the summit was difficult in spots especially toward the end, but worth it. We would definitely do it againFull review by Buster848

We are travelling from Utica to Thendara on the train, then back again to Utica. Is there enough time during the stopover to hike to Bald Mountain? Is there transportation from Thendara station to the trailhead? Thanks. John

Time is not so much the issue but rather getting to and from Bald Mountain. I don't think there is any public transportation that would easily accommodate you.
