Adani Group's listed stocks, which at one point saw as much as $34 billion wiped off their market value, meanwhile recovered ground.

Even these projects, all part of India’s Adani Group, barely convey the scale of a conglomerate so intertwined with government priorities that it is almost synonymous with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s India.
