HARTFORD, Conn. ( WFSB /Gray News) - A 12-year-old boy was shot multiple times after throwing a snowball at a car. Police said they responded to the shooting on Wednesday at around 7:15 p.m. in the area of Capitol Avenue and Park Terrace in Hartford, Connecticut.

The shooting happened at around 7 p.m. in the area of Capitol Avenue and Park Terrace. Hartford Police Lt. Aaron Boisvert said kids were throwing snowballs, and one hit a car that looped around the block. He said someone inside the vehicle then fired shots at the 12-year-old boy and an 11-year-old.
