Carroll wasn't drawn by the allure of living in Las Vegas but by the 'once-in-a-lifetime' opportunity to work with the NFL's GOAT.

Raiders majority owner Mark Davis introduced Carroll as the 24th coach in his franchise’s history, and its fifth since it moved to Las Vegas in 2020, Monday morning at the team’s Henderson headquarters.

Pete Carroll was introduced as the new coach of the Raiders. He said he's excited to work with new general manager John Spytek, who was also introduced Monday.
