The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia said on Thursday it has issued a cease-and-desist order to Elon Musk's satellite internet provider Starlink for operating in the country without a license.

Namibia has ordered Starlink to cease all operations, saying the service is operating without the required licence.

Namibia has ordered Starlink Inc. to halt all operations in the southwest African country immediately, stating that the satellite internet service, owned by billionaire Elon Musk, is operating without the necessary telecommunications license.

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER — The weather was looking good as SpaceX launched more than 20 Starlink satellites on Tuesday night. Taking off from Launch Complex 39A at the Kennedy Space Center at 11:41 p.m. ET, SpaceX stated that its Falcon 9 rocket took Starlink 6-76 mission into the deep black.
