Goran Ivanisevic has quit as Elena Rybakina ’s coach after her exit from the Australian Open. His departure comes in the wake of Rybakina’s previous coach, Stefano Vukov, rejoining her team.

Elena Rybakina, the 2022 Wimbledon champion, says she disagrees with the WTA Tour’s decision to provisionally suspend her longtime coach, Stefano Vukov, and reiterated that she never made a complaint about him.

Elena Rybakina didn't hide that she was frustrated over not having Stefano Vukov in her box during the Australian Open and also indicated that continuing her partnership with Goran Ivanisevic isn't set in stone.

Bernarda Pera didn't want to confirm or deny what is being rumored about the Elena Rybakina and Stefano Vukov partnership but noted that it is "a weird story" although she personally never saw the Kazakh being abused by her coach.
