Red Bull's Max Verstappen followed up his Formula 1 drivers’ title with another win Sunday in an incident-packed Qatar Grand Prix as Lando Norris was hit with a penalty that ended his challenge.

Max Verstappen avenged his overnight demotion from pole position by clinching his ninth win of the season and 63rdof his career with a dominant triumph for Red Bull in Sundays crash-hit and controversial Qatar Grand Prix.

Lando Norris joked that Max Verstappen should go into comedy after the Red Bull driver claimed he would have won this year’s F1 world title sooner if he was driving in a McLaren. Verstappen sealed his fourth successive world championship in Las Vegas last weekend, with Norris now unable to catch him with two rounds remaining in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
