The 30-second video shows a Call of Duty character picking up a brown business card with the circle, triangle and square symbols from Squid Game on it. The card is similar to those handed to characters in the first season of the show when they were selected to take part in the chaotic games.

Both Call of Duty 6 and Warzone are entering into collaboration with the hit Netflix show Squid Game. This is to commemorate the second season of the program.

To announce the collaboration, Activision released a brief teaser trailer this morning. The trailer lasts just 28 seconds, during which a soldier discovers a card featuring the same familiar circle, triangle, and square markings that appear on invitations in the Squid Game series. The trailer can be found below.

Activision Blizzard has announced a Call of Duty Squid Game crossover for January, so get your favorite shape mask ready and prepare to wreak havoc.

There's another Call of Duty collaboration on the way. Following crossovers from the likes of Tomb Raider, Crash Bandicoot, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and The Boys, Activision has revealed it's teaming up with Netflix to shove the streaming service's hugely popular Squid Game TV series into Black Ops 6 and Warzone early next year.
