Donald Trump is succeeding Joe Biden as the 47th President after the former’s second inauguration ceremony on MLK Day.

The military airplane taking Joe Biden and his family to a respite in California started taxiing just before 2 p.m.

Photos taken from just outside the Oval Office show the 82-year-old commander in chief with the small cushion wedged between the presidential rump and the seat of the seemingly firm leather chair.

President Joe Biden visited South Carolina on his final full day in office to attended worship services and recognize his long relationship with a state that catapulted him to the 2020 Democratic nomination with the endorsement of Congressman Jim Clyburn.

"I've been doing this for 50 years, you’re the best group of people," Joe Biden told his staffers. "It's been the honor of my life to serve as your president."

The president-elect's private navy and crimson "Trump Force One" and the U.S. military plane were both on the tarmac at Palm Beach International Airport on Saturday. Trump's son Eric and Eric's wife Lara boarded the private plane, according to Reuters.
