WinCo to open Rexburg store
WinCo is coming to Rexburg. Rexburg City Councilman Robert Chambers confirmed the news during the annual State of the City address Tuesday morning. The supermarket chain has submitted its plans to build a store on property in the north of town across from Walmart.
