Stunned again, the UConn men’s basketball team dropped its third and final game of the Maui Invitational, 85-67 to Dayton, after another lackluster defensive effort.

UConn forward Alex Karaban was taken to a hospital with a head injury after the No. 2 Huskies’ 85-67 loss to Dayton in the seventh-place game of the Maui Invitational.

The UConn basketball team came into the Maui Invitational ranked #2 in the country, and a lot of people were expecting them to win the entire tournament. What nobody expected was the Huskies to go winless in Maui for a last place finish.
