Warming centers set up for Columbus
Columbus is opening Donner Center, 739 22nd St., from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today as a warming center. Animals may also be brought to the warming center, but they must stay in crates in a designated area of the facility. Columbus Animal Care Services will provide the crates.
