KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Homer, Louisiana is a town of just over 2,500 people. It’s where Tennessee commit Star Williams was raised and made a name for himself on Louisiana High School’s football team at the 1A level, the state’s smallest classification.

Star Thomas is a veteran running back and an all-purpose producer with more than 2,500 yards from scrimmage and 22 TDs in his career.
