Jul 30, 2015 · When I replaced my original vibe with a similar used one, the hatch lock on the new one wouldn't open with the key. I only got one key with the car, and it was worn. disassembling and cleaning the lock didn't completely fix it, I had to file one of the risers int he lock so it would open with the worn key.
