the website constantly logs me out and when i try to log back in, it says "cant connect to the server" followed by a code, something like " 18.df4f4317.1700028389.2c52012" which changes every time. i talked to PS support and they said that they have been having issues for the last few days but it should be fixed in the next 1-2 days. here we are 2 weeks later and still have this issue.

Had issues with the mobile app and desktop site, then tried deactivating and reactivating the PS4 as mentioned here. That didn't work for me (unfortunately), but going through the Playstation Store on the PS4 to make the purchase did! Just wanted to mention for others to also try this out.

Nov 29, 2020 · My problem explanation: Game base said "can't load, something went wrong, try again" , Playstation store also had an error, games like BF5 wouldn't allow me to play online, games like Destiny 2 for some reason did allow me to play online. When I was in settings > users and accounts > account/privacy/link to other services all wouldn't load for me.

Mar 18, 2022 · The issue is that my bank card is from a different country than my account, so I can't add it. Then I tried to buy a card in the store, but when I give in the code, it says I'm in a different region, even though I moved from an EU country …

Dec 29, 2022 · Nowhere on the gift card says that it is only for digital purchases. Sales people at big box stores or GameStop can give wrong information. I put this out there because it isn’t obvious and people may buy someone a gift card thinking they could use it for anything on the PlayStation store.

On the console it doesn't exist. I go to browse, it's nowhere in sight. PS5 games, not there either, PS4 games? Nope. Sort by name, look under T for The and K for King. Still isn't there. Filter by genre? Store still can't find it. If I search then it shows up which means it's in the store somewhere so why did none of the other methods show it?

Personally I find there are regular decent deals on the ps store. I just bought a ps5 digital and getting MW3, Jedi Order and FIFA was cheaper than physical. The prices do fluctuate but usually either the standard edition or deluxe are on offer.

Jan 20, 2025 · PlayStation store is reasonably fast to navigate on the PS5. The problem as you said is that content is not curated propertly. So you see a lot of shovelware and DLC. The PlayStation app is decent when it comes to digital purchses. Their rewards program can be a bit wonky though. The eShop is an abomination though.
